Position Overview
The Radiologic Technology Internship is designed for senior-level students who are preparing to transition into the role of a Registered Radiologic Technologist. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience while supporting the patient care team.

Key Responsibilities
The Student Radiographer Intern will assist in delivering direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Technologist. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Completing required preceptorship hours to fulfill educational requirements.

Qualifications
Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited Radiography program and be in good academic standing. Candidates should:

  • Be senior-level students entering their final semester.
  • Provide a letter of recommendation from their educational institution.
  • Possess basic computer skills.

Additional Information
Compliance with the hospital's attendance policy is essential, and punctuality is expected in all work-related activities. AHA Healthcare Provider Training (BLS) is a requirement for this position.
