We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys. Process all check-outs, including resolving any late and disputed charges.
- Payment Processing: Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Guest Communication: Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Room Preparation: Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
- Parking and Transportation: Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
- Reporting and Administration: Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
