We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Post Surgical PRN Specialist to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients in the post-surgical unit.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on post-surgical care and recovery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
