As a Quality Coordinator RN, you will play a crucial role in coordinating Medical Staff/Hospital-wide Performance Improvement activities, maintaining records, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and report data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and address quality concerns.
- Provide education and training to hospital staff on quality improvement principles and practices.
- Participate in Performance Improvement teams and contribute to the development of quality improvement plans.
- RN license preferred.
- Hospital Quality experience preferred.
- 2-3 years experience in the medical field required.
