Job Title: Graduate Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Physiotherapist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Graduate Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients who have impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
  • Document patient information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Orient, train, and mentor healthcare students to achieve stated performance expectations.
  • Identify and implement performance improvement opportunities to ensure best practices.
  • Complete additional department, organization, or network activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic skills in math and computer science.
  • Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.
  • Effective problem-solving skills for physical therapy evaluation, interpretation, treatment planning, and execution.
