Hours: Full-Time, Days, 40 Hours
The Physical Therapist is a member of the health care team who provides comprehensive rehabilitation services to individuals and families in the community.
Utilizes appropriate techniques and materials.
Complies with OSHA regulations and infection control standards.
Seeks assistance when establishing a plan of care when necessary.
Coordinates goal directed, cost effective care for primary patients and demonstrates appropriate use of community resources to deliver comprehensive individualized care.
Provides adequate education and training of patients and families. Assists with training of new staff. Educates and counsels patient/family to participate in health care decisions.
Graduation from an approved school of physical therapy.
At least one year's experience as a registered therapist in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
