Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team at PSG Dover. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production of chemical dilution and dispensing equipment. Key Responsibilities
  • Read and comprehend Bill of Materials (BoM) to gather parts, equipment, and tools.
  • Use hand and air tools to build assemblies/sub-assemblies of moderate complexity and complete other tasks using manual dexterity.
  • Complete assigned product assemblies to acceptable quality specifications.
  • Perform quality checks by inspecting and testing all products to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Work from well-established guidance from visual aids (i.e., work instructions).
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with standard safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Report any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts to Production Leadership.
  • Meet and maintain established production rates.
  • Assist with operational logistics including: basic planning, inventory control, and packing.
  • May work in the supermarket- pulling manufacturing orders for work centers according to their scheduling.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and have legal status to work in the United States.
  • Must possess High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to stand, walk, bend, squat and move for entire shift with breaks. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist and/or shoulder height, with or without assistance. Repetitive lifting over shoulder height - maximum of 3 lbs. Bending and reaching using arms/legs as needed to get parts and assemble product. Grasping and manipulation using both hands.

Benefits

PSG Dover offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.00/hr.
