Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Prior military, law enforcement, corrections experience, or a minimum of 5 years in loss prevention is essential.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is required.
  • Current identification is necessary to complete an I-9 form.
  • Ability to maintain a standing position for 8-hour shifts or longer.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the public in a professional manner.
  • One or more years of military or law enforcement experience preferred, or equivalent education in Criminal Justice.

  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues, visitors, and vendors.
  • Proficient conflict resolution skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Familiarity with various computer programs.
Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard all company assets, including personnel, property, and information systems.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, severe weather, and security threats.
  • Act as a visible deterrent; observe and report any suspicious activities.
  • Assist customers, employees, and visitors with professionalism.
  • Conduct security patrols of assigned areas, either on foot or by vehicle.
  • Comfortably address and request trespassers to vacate the premises.
