We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. As a member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in supporting children with disabilities, behavioral or medical complexities, in achieving their goals and increasing their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills to children in our care
  • Assist with daily activities, including transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, and personal cares
  • Work collaboratively with children to develop and implement individualized plans to promote their growth and development
  • Support children in developing skills to increase their independence and self-sufficiency

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience supporting vulnerable populations (e.g., caregiver, nanny, paraeducator, direct support professional)
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
