About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Confiant, a leading cybersecurity company. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy for our security and AI-driven products. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop and launch new products, and collaborate with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging trends, user needs, and new product opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, including prioritizing features, managing development backlogs, and providing design guidance.
  • Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products on time and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Measure product success metrics and use data to inform product decisions, track product performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in AdTech and cybersecurity.
  • Experience in security, trust, and safety, as well as brand safety.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and innovate within the AdTech space.
