Nighttime Pastry Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As an Overnight Baker, you will be responsible for baking the majority of our fresh bread and pastries each night.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and bake bread and pastries according to Panera Bread's high standards.

* Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet our quality control standards.

* Work independently with minimal supervision, using your skills and experience to manage your workload.

* Collaborate with Cafe Management and fellow associates to achieve our goals.

* Represent Panera Bread's Concept Essence and cultural values in your daily work.

* Perform other tasks as needed, such as stocking, prep, and sanitation.

**Requirements:**

* 1-2 years of experience as a baker or in a bakery environment (preferred).

* Ability to work 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 8 a.m. may vary).

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

* Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop.

* Minimum age 18 years.
