**Job Summary**

At Panera Bread, we are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for baking the majority of our fresh bread and pastries each night.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet the needs of our customers.
• Ensure that all baked goods are prepared to our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with our cafe management and fellow associates to achieve our goals.
• Represent the Panera Bread concept and our cultural values in your daily work.
• Perform other tasks as needed, such as stocking, preparation, and sanitation.

**Requirements:**

• 1-2 years of experience as a baker or in a bakery environment (preferred).
• Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule (10 p.m. - 8 a.m. may vary).
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Minimum age 18 years.
