The Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas. This role is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
    • Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including bathrooms and kitchens.
    • Make beds and change linens as needed.
    • Restock amenities and supplies.
    • Empty trash and recyclables.
  • Housekeeping Operations:
    • Operate housekeeping equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaners.
    • Use cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and effectively.
    • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.
  • Guest Services:
    • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
    • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience:
    • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and take direction is essential.

Working Conditions:

This role requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
