At Lorven Technologies, we are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Central Office workstation inventory, ordering, issuance, peripherals, maintenance, disposal, etc.
The Data Analyst will be the primary contact for vendors and service providers, as well as coordinating the agency-wide validation of refresh eligible workstations, identifying hardware/peripheral standards, and maintaining the Configuration Management Database and related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Central Office workstation inventory and ensure accurate tracking of assets.
- Order and distribute peripherals and equipment as needed.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on workstations and peripherals.
- Dispose of obsolete or damaged equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
- Validate refresh eligible workstations and identify hardware/peripheral standards.
- Maintain the Configuration Management Database and related systems.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of workstation inventory management and asset tracking.
- Familiarity with vendors and service providers in the IT industry.
Working Conditions:
- Work is typically performed in an office environment.
- May require occasional travel to other locations.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
