We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Cirba Solutions US Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, maintenance, and services of our work facility.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and machinery upkeep, to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
- Assist in equipment modifications and fabrication to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Prioritize work orders and communicate completion plans to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Inspect buildings and equipment for necessary repairs to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with fire safety procedures to ensure the safety of our employees and assets.
- Manage and oversee work by contractors to ensure high-quality results and timely completion.
- Perform any other assigned duties to support the maintenance team.
**Requirements:**
- Strong mechanical skills for troubleshooting and repair tasks.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills to access and utilize maintenance software and systems.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance.
