Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include:

About the Role: As a Skilled Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for performing initial and ongoing patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing skilled nursing care within your scope of practice. You will also be required to document services provided, attend case conferences, and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), at least one year of experience within the last three years, and a strong background in home healthcare. You must also have a BLS - Healthcare Provider Certification, a physical examination within the past year, and a PPD / TB test or Chest X-ray within the last year. Additionally, you must have two professional references and pass a criminal history report and pre-employment drug screening.
