POSITION DETAILS

This is a full-time position, with a schedule that will adapt to the restaurant's needs.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be instrumental in executing our Craft Training program, ensuring that all hourly staff receive the necessary training to enhance operational efficiency and deliver an outstanding guest experience. Your responsibilities will include achieving annual financial goals, implementing local marketing strategies, and driving guest service initiatives. You will actively manage the restaurant floor, maintain regular interactions with guests, and address any concerns in a professional manner. Adhering to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations is crucial to uphold the high standards of our establishment. Recruitment, training, and employee retention will also be key aspects of your role. Through ongoing coaching, managing the hourly compensation plan, and conducting performance evaluations, you will support the growth and development of our team members.

Monitoring food quality, presentation, and compliance with standard service times will be essential to meet our guests' expectations. You will also oversee inventory management, timely ordering of supplies, and the proper maintenance of equipment and facilities. Upholding sanitation and security protocols as outlined in our standard operating procedures is a priority, as is implementing national and local marketing promotions to foster business growth.

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
