Key Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class customer service to new and existing customers, ensuring a positive experience and exceeding their expectations.
- Rent storage units, parking spaces, and sell store merchandise, utilizing your excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Develop relationships and cross-promotion opportunities with local businesses, enhancing our community relations and promoting our referral program.
- Conduct daily property walks to ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance, and perform light maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Solid communication and organizational skills, with basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Flexibility to work weekdays with some weekends required, with a 20-hour part-time schedule.
