Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to join our team at Hearthside Food Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facilities.
  • Wet wash rooms and production lines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Complete required reporting to reflect sanitation activities and issues.
  • Advises supervisor when supplies need to be ordered.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • At least six months experience in a sanitation production environment preferred.
  • Ability to communicate and take direction from the Sanitation Group Lead and/or the Sanitation Supervisor.

Work Environment

Our facilities are multi-shift production operations that may be expansive, noisy, wet/humid and vary in temperature from refrigerated environment, ambient or warm in summer months depending on area of the facility.
