Mortgage Loan Originator

Key Responsibilities:
- Originate high-quality mortgage loans by analyzing detailed financial and credit data to match customer needs with appropriate loan programs and risk levels.
- Manage loan pipeline on a daily basis to ensure timely processing and act as a liaison between all parties involved in mortgage transactions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners, ensuring compliance with all anti-money laundering plans, quality control standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
- Must possess a valid MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) License with the State of California.
