Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect co-payments and process patient payments in a timely manner

  • Develop reports on production goals and provide insights for improvement

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a dental or medical field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and dental software
  • Experience with scheduling and verifying insurance preferred
