Key Responsibilities:
- Promote evidence-based practice and research among nursing staff
- Develop and implement competency management programs for nurses
- Foster collaboration with clinical teams to enhance learning environments
- Provide guidance on assessment and evaluation methods for nursing staff performance
What You Will Need:
- A master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Four years of acute care nursing practice experience, preferably with NPD specialty certification
- Three years program management experience in an education role, or equivalent experience as unit educator or system educator
