About the Role

MJK Connections LLC is partnering with Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union to fill three transformative Digital Product Manager positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a digital product strategy aligned with business goals and member needs.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on strategic priorities and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including vendors, UX/UI designers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products.
  • Build wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to communicate ideas and improve user experience.
  • Organize accounts, data, settings, and transactions in a logical manner to enhance digital product usability.
  • Develop journey and process maps to communicate user flows and improve business processes.
  • Conduct stakeholder research, interview leaders in lending, business services, payments, loss mitigation, and other business units to identify pain points and process improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in digital banking.
  • Utilize member feedback, analytics, and user research to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences.
  • Drive the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Define key metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and optimize features based on data-driven insights.
  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
  • A bachelor's degree, most likely in business or a STEAM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math).
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or services.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, UX/UI principles, and software development processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering innovative digital solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to financial products is a plus.
