About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterilization Assistant to join our team at Omega Ventures. As a Sterilization Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and processing in our medical device preparation and release process.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and release medical devices in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and functional test surgical instruments to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and processing regulations to prevent contamination and ensure patient safety
  • Maintain and upkeep technical equipment to ensure efficient operation
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Sterilization Assistant and Fachkunde
  • Independent and responsible work ethic with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues
  • Knowledge of handling surgical instruments and ability to maintain equipment
  • Ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
