Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sprinkler Service Technician I to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our commercial, industrial, and residential sprinkler systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to service calls from our Service Resource Center, including a detailed description of equipment/system malfunctions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.
  • Follow established troubleshooting procedures and consult technical manuals, part manuals, and other relevant documentation as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of sprinkler system design, installation, and maintenance.
