Responsabilidades del Especialista en Promoción de Marca:

  • Implementar todas las estrategias de marketing y ventas junto con el equipo de Gestión de Cuentas, siguiendo los estándares de la empresa.
  • Mantener el más alto nivel de experiencia del cliente, guiado por el principio de que "el cliente es lo primero".
  • Asegurar una comunicación clara con cada cliente, compañero y miembro del equipo.
  • Conservar los estándares de la marca y fomentar la conciencia y lealtad del cliente al cerrar ventas.
  • Rastrear la efectividad de nuestras campañas y reportar métricas de ventas a la alta dirección.
  • Asistir a todas las capacitaciones requeridas y reuniones del equipo de nivel inicial.

Requisitos para el Especialista en Promoción de Marca:

  • Se prefiere un mínimo de un título de Asociado en Marketing/Publicidad/Comunicación o un campo relacionado, aunque no es obligatorio.
  • Experiencia en marketing promocional, ventas, publicidad, coordinación de marca o en un rol de atención al cliente es un plus.
  • Pensador creativo, estratégico y fuera de lo común, capaz de trabajar en múltiples proyectos y responsabilidades.
  • Flexibilidad para adaptarse y trabajar rápidamente cuando surgen problemas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente o en un equipo cohesionado.
  • Cómodo trabajando en un entorno altamente dinámico.
