Job Summary

CareerStaff Unlimited - Pleasanton, CA is seeking a skilled X-Ray Technician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for assisting with patient positioning, operating medical imaging equipment, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with positioning on the procedure table and ensure their comfort and safety during medical imaging procedures.
  • Operate fluoroscopes and other medical imaging equipment as directed by medical professionals.
  • Assist patients off the table and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Print and document x-rays, as well as maintain accurate records of patient information.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Certification with the Liaison Council for Surgical Technician, preferred.
  • Graduate of an approved medically based and/or certified program in Surgical Technology.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Successful completion of an approved Surgical Technology program.
  • Participation in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to Surgical Technology.
