We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will play a critical role in driving our financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making efforts.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and review financial reports, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management.
- Track performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
- Support senior management team and departments heads with in-depth analysis and financial recommendations.
- Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and senior management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or other relevant Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data analysis, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
