The Registered Nurse will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and comfort of patients through evidence-based practices and compassionate care. This position requires the nurse to deliver and coordinate patient-centered care, facilitating smooth transitions for patients to other healthcare systems or their home environments.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs.

Essential Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a current Illinois RN license.
