Job Summary

The Learning Experience Designer 2 plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's strategic priorities by designing, developing, and implementing effective learning and development programs. This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and consultations with clients, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify needs and develop strategic interventions.
  • Design, develop, and deliver standard and customized learning solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance person and organizational effectiveness.
  • Apply adult learning best practices and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Lead complex projects to plan leadership development programs that meet personal and organizational needs.
  • Consult with leaders to recommend evidence-based best practice strategies to improve leadership effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze assessment and client feedback data to inform the design of learning and development solutions.
  • Design and implement continuous improvement processes to ensure quality Talent interventions and services.
  • Select and apply technologies such as e-learning, videos, podcasts, mobile learning, and social learning as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in a corporate environment with a working knowledge of operations, communications, and human resources.
  • Professional in adult learning techniques.
  • Excellent communication, training, computer, and social skills.
  • Excellent planning, management, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledgeable of staff engagement strategies and best practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally as a partner and interact with all staff.
  • Experience leading projects and excellent prioritization skills with attention to deadlines and details.
  • Ability to work with and respect sensitive and confidential information.
  • Skilled customer service values and practices.

Qualifications
  • EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
