About the Role
Cedar Hills Hospital is seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Therapist, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide individualized care and support.
Responsibilities
- Run group therapy sessions and meet individually with patients to assess their needs and develop treatment plans.
- Assist with discharge planning and participate in treatment team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field from an accredited college or university.
- State certification in social work or a clinical related mental health field (LPC-Associate, LPC, LMSW, Temporary CSWA license or LCSW license required or working to obtain licensure).
- CPR certification and ability to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire.
