Key Responsibilities- Quality Inspection and Control: Conduct regular quality inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and other relevant data.
- Quality Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas for quality improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry standards, company policies, and best practices.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
The Quality Inspector will work in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to controlled air conditions, environmental exposure, and occasional weekend and holiday work.
