Inspira Health Network is seeking a skilled Laboratory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical technology and excellent communication skills. The Laboratory Specialist will be responsible for performing routine medical laboratory testing procedures using a variety of laboratory instrumentation. This will include maintaining proper quality control procedures, operating the laboratory information system, and establishing effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or a related field, and be certified or eligible for MT/CLS (ASCP) certification. Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred, but not required. The Laboratory Specialist will be responsible for the performing and resulting of specimens received from patients of all ages, and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent problem-solving skills. **Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related field
