  • Manage parts ordering, maintain material inventory, and ensure timely submission of engineering requests.

  • Monitor and manage labor hours and resources to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of recent experience in commercial aircraft maintenance or MRO.
  • Repairman, Airframe, or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification is required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively mentor and guide team members.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical documents and regulations.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Knowledgeable about aircraft systems and major components.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and basic computer skills.
