Job Summary

As a key member of our team, the Supplier Maintenance Manager will play a critical role in leading our Supplier Maintenance team, ensuring seamless supplier setup and customer onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the Supplier Maintenance team, including training, mentoring, and process troubleshooting.
  • Analyze and resolve setup issues, identifying opportunities to improve business processes and efficiency.
  • Monitor and cleanse the supplier database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Audit supplier records to verify documentation and adherence to procedures.
  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and internal customers on IRS W-9/1099 Misc. & NEC reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain supplier onboarding standards and procedures, ensuring seamless integration with internal partners.
  • Maintain controls to prevent fraudulent changes to supplier data.
  • Develop and maintain reporting for supplier records, enabling informed business decisions.
  • Assist the team with responses to internal and external questions and concerns.
  • Monitor team workloads and provide backup support as needed.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Identify and participate in opportunities for process improvement, collaborating with internal and external partners to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in a large corporate environment, performing accounting, financial, or data analysis duties.
  • Experience with supplier maintenance and record-keeping.
  • Supervisory experience, including training and reviewing the work of others.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-starter and results-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
  • High learning agility.
  • Supports team initiatives and provides leadership.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS).
  • Preference given to local candidates.
