Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Control: Accurately track inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and identify discrepancies. Implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock rotation.
  • Receiving & Stocking: Oversee the receiving process for new merchandise, verify quantities against purchase orders, and ensure proper storage according to established procedures.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products. Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to fulfill prescription orders.
  • Merchandising & Display: Maintain visually appealing displays, organize shelves, and ensure products are properly labeled and priced. Adhere to company merchandising guidelines.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Work collaboratively with store management, team members, and vendors to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. Communicate effectively regarding inventory levels, stock needs, and any potential issues.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory records.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) equipment.
