Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Industrial Automation business, driving digital transformation and supply chain excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, leveraging IoT, cloud, AI, and ML to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Own and deliver data-driven insights and solutions to improve ISC performance, customer value, and growth.
  • Drive the adoption and integration of digital tools and technologies across the Industrial Automation network.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the impact and value of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage the ISC Operational Excellence and lean manufacturing programs, ensuring consistency and best practices across the network.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for ISC process improvement, cost reduction, quality enhancement, and risk mitigation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Industrial Automation leadership team, the Global ISC network, and external partners.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the ISC Accelerator team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Industrial Automation, ISC, Operations, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ISC Analytics and digital transformation, with a proven track record of delivering results and value.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and technologies, such as IoT, cloud, AI, ML, robotics, automation, etc.
  • Proficient in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, peers, and external stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to work across functions, geographies, and cultures.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and adaptable, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Advanced degree in engineering.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage global and cross-functional business structures and teams.
  • Hardware, firmware, and software experience.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to align engineering efforts with overall business objectives.
