The successful candidate will be responsible for installing foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions in customers' homes. This is a full-time, non-seasonal position with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and deliver materials from the warehouse to the work site
  • Perform set-up and clean-up tasks at the work site
  • Dig and back-fill trenches/holes when necessary
  • Lift heavy objects
  • Walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Perform strenuous labor often under adverse conditions
  • Enter crawl spaces and other confined areas
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous physical labor
  • Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination
  • Excellent stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
