Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

The physical demands for this role include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, walk, and use hands for various tasks. Employees may need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crawl, and must be able to communicate effectively. The role may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions and exposure to humidity, fumes, and other environmental factors. Employees should be capable of lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently, with noise levels varying from moderate to loud.

Education and Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; experience ranging from one to four years is advantageous.
  • Ability to safely operate mechanical tools and inspection equipment.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
  • Capability to work at various heights using ladders and scaffolding safely.
  • Proven ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and operate lifting equipment for heavier loads.
