The Domino's Franchise is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate all equipment, including ovens and cash registers
  • Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers
  • Prepare product, including pizzas, sides, and desserts
  • Receive and process telephone orders, including taking inventory and completing associated paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility, including floors, counters, and restrooms
Requirements:
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • Ability to make correct monetary change
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Work Environment:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, humidity, and noise levels. You will be exposed to cornmeal dust, fumes from food odors, and hot surfaces/tools. You will also be required to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Physical Demands:
  • Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position
  • Walking: Walking is generally in short distances for short durations
  • Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck
  • Carrying: Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves
  • Pushing: Pushing is performed to move trays which are placed on dollies
