At Lignetics, Inc., we offer a unique opportunity to join our team as an Industrial Production Specialist. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for operating various machinery, including bagging and baler machines, shrink wrapping machines, forklifts, pallet jack, and bag sealer.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our production team. As an Industrial Production Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating machinery safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records of production and quality control
  • Stacking bags on pallets, putting covers on pallets, and placing finished goods in the correct warehouse location
  • Positioning pallets with Quality Control tags with initials, date, ton number, and shift completed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience with forklifts and production lines preferred
  • Good eye-hand-foot coordination and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read and interpret scales and perform simple math calculations
