The Laboratory Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of products through rigorous analytical testing in both laboratory and production settings. Candidates should possess a strong background in analytical techniques and a thorough understanding of laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analytical testing using various instruments such as HPLC, spectrophotometers, and alcolyzers.
  • Implement microbiological testing methodologies to ensure product safety and compliance.
  • Support production teams by providing analytical data and insights to improve product quality.
  • Manage non-conforming goods and assist in quality control processes.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in Science or Engineering is preferred, or 3-5 years of relevant analytical experience.
  • Experience with laboratory instrumentation and methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Prior involvement in a production laboratory setting is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of non-conforming product management is an advantage.
