Key Details
- Hourly Rate: Starting at $18.00, commensurate with experience
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 pm to 6:30 am
- Training Availability: Must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift
- Employment Type: Contract to Permanent
- Payment: Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of coated components for any cosmetic imperfections
- Package standard and/or Clean & Box parts after inspection
- Utilize various gauges and equipment for dimensional and optical measurements
- Maintain precise records of inspection outcomes using Excel or SFC
- Follow all relevant standard operating procedures and documentation
- Promptly report any quality issues to management or supervisory staff
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an associate's degree or two-year technical degree is preferred
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, positive demeanor, and eagerness to learn
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Proficiency in handling small components, requiring visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is essential
- Prior experience with measurement tools, such as interferometers or spectrophotometers, is advantageous
