Overview: ChristianaCare Hospital is actively seeking a dedicated RN to join our 6B Medical Unit. This role requires the selected candidate to work 3–12-hour Night Shifts (7p-7a) with a rotation for weekends and holidays.
Unit Description: The 6B unit is a 40-bed medical inpatient facility that provides comprehensive acute medical care around the clock. It is designed to accommodate patients requiring both acute and chronic medical services. The range of conditions treated on 6B includes, but is not limited to, pneumonia, syncope, diabetes management, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and altered mental status. The patient demographic consists of adults aged 18 and older, with conditions typically categorized as good to fair. Patients are admitted from various sources including emergency departments, ICUs, step-down units, homes, and outpatient clinics.

Qualifications:
- Active RN License in Delaware or a Compact State
- BSN preferred or a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of hire
- A minimum of one year of med/surg experience as an RN is required
- BLS certification is mandatory
