Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Promoting Thrifty White programs to patients, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, while assisting with patient enrollment.
- Leading the team by exemplifying, coaching, and upholding high standards in patient service.
- Organizing and structuring workflows and systems for efficient prescription processing, patient counseling, and clinical service delivery.
- Developing and maintaining long-term care (LTC) business through proactive communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living facilities.
- Identifying Long Term Care and Specialty business opportunities and communicating these with marketing teams.
- Dispensing medications and related supplies while providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services.

This role may require extended periods of standing. While executing job duties, the employee is frequently required to communicate, use hands and fingers to handle or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

- A pharmacy license free of any federal sanctions.
- A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide proof of course completion from an accredited ACPE program).
- Current Immunization Certification.
- Current CPR Certification.
- NPI Number.
