Key Responsibilities

The Retail Sales Associate plays a vital role in ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stockroom to create a welcoming environment.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold the safety of all associates and customers.
  • Assisting with product launches and changes in accordance with company standards.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
  • Processing transactions efficiently to minimize wait times for customers.
  • Resolving customer service issues promptly and effectively, communicating resolutions to management.
  • Promoting credit and loyalty programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging participation.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications

Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Experience:
0-2 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 6 months preferred.

Skills:
  • Proficient in technology usage (iPads, registers).
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment.
