Job Summary:
As a Licensed Real Estate Assistant at Jenny Rutherford Real Estate, you will play a vital role in enhancing client satisfaction and supporting the team's productivity. This position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. You will assist real estate agents in preparing and managing contracts, agreements, and other transaction documents, as well as coordinate and host/attend property showings, open houses, and client meetings.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Licensed Real Estate Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date property listings and MLS data, providing exceptional client service through timely communication, updates, and follow-ups, scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for real estate agents, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions.
