Responsibilities:
  • Patient Preparation and Monitoring: Prepare patients for catheterization procedures and monitor them during the process with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration with Physicians: Assist physicians with the setup and execution of cardiac catheterizations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate specialized equipment used during catheterization and imaging, maintaining high levels of proficiency and safety.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient data, adhering to regulatory standards and quality guidelines.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards, prioritizing patient well-being and staff safety.
Requirements:
  • Certification and Experience: Certified Cath Lab Technologist with ARRT or RCIS certification, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
  • Travel and Adaptability: Ability to travel and work in different medical facilities, adapting to new environments and team dynamics.
  • Communication and Technical Skills: Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and staff.
  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications are required, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and patient care.
