Nurse Specialist | Full-Time

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to residents. As part of our dedicated team, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with residents and family members to plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
Responsibilities:- Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, educate residents, and administer various nursing interventions.
- Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel based on job descriptions, skills, resident needs, and competence levels.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred, but a nationally accredited nursing program graduate will also be considered.
- An active RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice is occurring or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Ongoing department-specific competencies and certifications.

This role offers an estimated salary of $42.85 per hour, resulting in approximately $89,550 annually, plus a sign-on bonus and shift premium package.
