We are seeking a dedicated Travel Care Specialist to provide comprehensive care to individuals in long-term facilities. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the overall health and well-being of patients, ensuring personalized care plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in gerontology and experience working in long-term care settings. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patients' progress.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for long-term care residents.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice. A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required. Previous experience in long-term care or related settings is highly desirable.
